        There is NO CINEMA in the city of Durham. 
        Potential applicants beware! The council vetoed 
        closing down an independent cinema turning over
        a respectable profit; despite protests by the 
        residents, students (united perhaps only on this
        one issue) AND police; to build ANOTHER drinking
        establishment. We even got a pop-up out-door 
        URINAL in the middle of the high street as a 
        thank-you from the pub chain in question.
