I watched Matrix 3 yesterday with my family. I don't know why I did it, I thought perhaps it would be entertaining to laugh at the dodgy dialogue and over-the-top graphics.

However, it was a horrible, painful experience which I deeply regret.

The arguments about `is it good, is it bad' are likely to go on right up to the big freeze. However I must note that from observation, those people who swear by the film and think its amazing, deep, etc. are either a) unintelligent or b) haven't read any modern speculative fiction.
