Ok I'm pretty excited about this: A trailer is out for A Scanner Darkly. Follow the links on the IMDB page to get ahold of them. Here's some screengrabs.

Nautilus, the file-manager component of GNOME, takes a frame from movies to use as the icon representing the file. For the trailer, it managed to take a frame from a 5-second clip of a woman sleeping (Donna?) Whoever it is is either a hallucination or wearing a blur suit. Anyway, this makes the file look pretty dodgy.
