Here's a message I have just posted to a support query at easyspace.com:

Hi, I hope you have all had a nice christmas and new year.

This query is now 1 month and 8 days old - it is marked as 'closed', which I presume is automatic when a support-person replies to it, however the issue remains unresolved.

I am not willing to spend the money on a phone call to possibly find out if someone is working on the problem or not.

You do realise that I am currently enjoying the benefits of a one year domain registration without having paid a penny?
